Now , one might ask if anybody is really expected to believe Dr DS Grieve’s tale of woe that all the accounts, all the administration, all the records became mysteriously missing – and hopefully neither the liquidators who seem to be reputable (LVK Trust CC of Pretoria ) – but let us see, nor the creditors will buy any of this Grieve Bull Sh1t….excuse the pun.
One thing is for certain, judging by the amount of legal gymnastics he has tried to exercise (along with many of the same players involved in the Dlamini saga) – he has certainly left a bitter taste in any prospective hospital, patient or employer practice’s mouth….. certainly no sensible hospital would hire him – or would trust him with a prescription pad let alone a cheque book.
The Government Green Gazette is full of his failed and totally miserable antics which are nothing more than a true reflection of his own dark despicable and deceptive character and limited personal abilities and cowardice– and no-one known would trust anything he said let alone a medical diagnosis for anything as simple as a cough thank you very much…..
And a Google search on his name Dr DS Grieve or any of his businesses like DS Grieve Bridging Solutions Dr DS Grieve Incorporated or David Stephen Grieve provides a revealing and alarming landscape of Fraud, Deceit, Deception, Embezzlement,Liquidations and Directors Malfeasance the like of which has yet to be equaled.
Dr DS Grieve’s antics have not only brought the University of Pretoria (class of ’98) into disrepute but also the GIBS Institute where he obtained his recent MBA (Class of ’09). Dr DS Grieve past record as an ambassador for this respected Institution is nothing short of scandalous and his lack of respect and dignity deserving of no more than the smallest of low places in a dusty dark corner alongside the small number of other rejects and failures in the halls of white collar criminal shame….The UK Metropolitan Police have confirmed that on recommendation a DOA (Detain on arrival) and HOD (Hold on departure) order valid throughout The European Union for suspected fraud and embezzlement as well as illegal solicitation and fund management has been issued. A bi lateral law enforcement request has also been passed to the offices of the FBI for enforcement by Homeland security in The USA. And confirmed the Australian and Antipodean authorities have received advanced notification and advice of his possible arrival too. Wont be going there then Dr Grieve!!! (a raft of countries added…).

In addition to this saga which has left a bunch of old people penniless, mainly people who Grieve had created a special bond of trust with through his position as their medical doctor, it seems that information has also surfaced from a former waitress who worked for him at his restaurant – the well known Cynthia’s in Pretoria who, stated that having been a young naive waitress at the restaurant, she was subjected to enough direct pressure from Dr DS Grieve that she went to the South African Police in Pretoria and laid formal criminal charges against him for Indecent sexual assault. This charge and the allegations were serious enough for senior officers of the South African Police service to arrest Dr DS Grieve, fingerprint photograph him and hold him until bailed. This was done and carried out under SAPS Charge reference August 2004, Brooklyn SAPS CAS no 1392/08/2004. This charge remains on record and on the SAPS register to date.
